UPDATE: The Edgewater Inn restaurant will be closed beginning on Tuesday, December 1. We plan on reopening on March 1, 2021. In the meantime, Chef is going to put his skills to work on some new menu items and our team will be working on some property improvements. Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Director Greg D. Straub is a passionate Chef, father of two amazing young men, Christian and outdoorsman. Chef Greg comes to us from Michigan with nearly four decades of professional culinary training, including mentoring/training with chefs from nine different countries and from nearly every region of the United States.
Couple that experience with his desire for pleasing people with incredible flavors and an intense commitment to support local producers and businesses and you'll immediately see why Chef Greg is not just an asset to the Edgewater Inn, but to Ketchikan as a whole.
